Child labor: To ensure the healthy development of children and in accordance with respect for their right to education, we will not employ anyone under the age of 18 and will act in accordance with the procedures and principles governing the employment of young workers,

Occupational Health and Safety: Recognizing people as its most valuable asset in all activities, L’Etoile Beach Hotel prioritizes minimizing all potential losses by creating a safer and healthier working environment. The hotel is committed to organizing training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of their individual responsibilities regarding Occupational Health and Safety, providing the necessary equipment and resources, and complying with applicable local laws, regulations, and the procedures of L’Etoile Beach Hotel related to Occupational Health and Safety. Furthermore, the hotel is dedicated to fostering an effective communication environment where all employees can work in accordance with procedures and regulations, raising awareness of Occupational Health and Safety practices, and identifying risks arising from its operations. These risks are assessed, controlled, and reduced to acceptable levels to ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.

Training: The educational level of employees determines the company’s overall standard.
